PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Built around the application.
The Frozenfire Stainless Steel Mobile Foam Trolley Unit combines concentrate storage, an inline foam inductor, foam making branch pipe and pickup hose on a mobile frame. It provides a portable low-expansion foam arrangement for industrial and marine applications.
The concentrate tank is manufactured in SS 304, with SS 316 available on request for marine or more corrosive environments. Standard capacities are 100, 150 and 200 litres, with custom capacities available on request.
Pressurized water is supplied by an external hydrant or pump. Venturi induction draws concentrate from the tank at the configured proportion, and the branch pipe aspirates air to produce low-expansion foam.
Integrated induction
An inline inductor and pickup arrangement supply concentrate to the foam solution.
Low-expansion foam
Foam making branch pipe options include FB-5 and FB-10, selected for the requirement.
Mobile equipment assembly
A welded tubular frame, push handle and solid rubber wheels support site deployment.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
Water supply.
Concentrate. Foam.
The trolley carries the concentrate and delivery equipment. A pressurized water source supplies the system.
Pressurized water
An external hydrant or pump supplies water to the inline foam inductor.
Venturi induction
The pressure differential draws concentrate from the tank through the pickup hose at the preset 3% or 6% proportion.
Low-expansion foam
The foam making branch pipe aspirates atmospheric air into the foam solution.
