FROZENFIRE · OSCILLATING DEVICES
Water-powered movement. A sweeping discharge.
An automatic mechanical oscillating device for fixed fire monitors, using the energy of flowing water to produce side-to-side movement for water and foam-solution applications.
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The Self Oscillating Device introduces a controlled sweeping movement to a fixed fire-monitor installation. Pressurised water activates an internal mechanical mechanism, moving the discharge assembly from side to side across a defined area.
Its water-driven operating principle requires no external electrical supply for basic oscillation. The flanged body connects into the fire-water arrangement, with the monitor, connections and required sweep selected for the application. The device is specified for water or foam-solution service.
Flowing water powers the mechanical movement, without an external electrical supply for basic operation.
Side-to-side movement distributes the discharge across the selected area rather than a single stationary direction.
Vertical mounting with flanged inlet and outlet connections suits integration with a fixed fire-monitor arrangement.

CONSTRUCTION
A mechanical arrangement of body, swivel, linkage and water-flow components.
Heavy-duty housing with a stainless-steel body and red industrial protective coating.
Flanged water inlet and outlet with a gun-metal swivel joint.
Internal water-flow mechanism, operating lever/linkage, pivots and spring-loaded components.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Continuous sweeping action is produced by the hydraulic force of the flowing water.
Pressurised water from the fixed fire-water supply enters the device.
Hydraulic force activates the internal mechanical assembly and its linkage.
The attached discharge assembly moves from side to side across the selected coverage area.
Check that the device, piping, flanges and supporting structure are properly installed and securely fastened. Open the fire-water supply gradually and verify smooth oscillating movement.
