PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Bring monitor capacity to the point of deployment. The Frozenfire Trailer Mounted HVLR Foam Monitor Unit combines a manually controlled monitor with a fabricated steel trailer for industrial water and foam applications.
The single-axle arrangement can be towed into position where fixed equipment is unavailable or additional firefighting capacity is required. Water is supplied by an external fire pump through the trailer inlet and manifold. A foam induction arrangement introduces concentrate for foam delivery.
Choose the monitor model, nozzle and optional stainless steel concentrate tank around the project requirement. Confirm the foam induction arrangement, selected concentrate and supplied components as part of the final configuration.
Manual directional control
Horizontal rotation and vertical elevation are adjusted using the monitor controls.
Foam storage options
An optional stainless steel tank can be specified at 500, 1000 or 1500 litres, with customization available.
Four-point support
Four manual stabilizer legs support the typical assembly when positioned for operation.

SETUP & OPERATION

Control.
The unit requires an external fire-pump water supply. The following equipment setup overview follows the product catalogue.
Position and inspect
Position the trailer on firm, level ground. Inspect the monitor, tank, hoses, valves and connections, then lower and secure all four stabilizer legs.
Connect the supply
Connect the water supply from the fire pump to the trailer inlet. Verify concentrate availability and the selected foam induction arrangement.
Establish and direct flow
Introduce the water supply gradually within the specified operating range. Use the manual monitor controls to adjust horizontal direction and elevation.
INSPECTION & MAINTENANCE
Care for the complete assembly.
Maintain the monitor, foam delivery equipment and trailer together. Refer to the original catalogue for its operation and maintenance instructions.
01After each use
- Flush the monitor, foam piping and induction system thoroughly with clean water, then drain remaining water.
- Inspect couplings, valves and seals. Lubricate moving monitor joints and trailer mechanisms.
- Check tyre pressure and stabilizer operation. Clean the foam tank after an extended period of concentrate storage.
02Periodic inspection
- Inspect the chassis for corrosion or structural damage and check fastener tightness.
- Verify smooth monitor rotation and elevation, and test the foam induction ratio.
- Inspect the suction hose and strainers. Repair damaged painted surfaces to maintain corrosion protection.
