Four proportion settings
A selector control provides the catalogue’s 0%, 1%, 3% and 6% induction settings.
The selector adjusts foam proportioning. Confirm the rated water flow, mating connections and supplied accessories for the selected model.
FROZENFIRE · INLINE INDUCTORS
SELECTABLE FOAM PROPORTIONINGAdjust the foam proportion. Match the concentrate.
An aluminium inline foam inductor with selectable 0%, 1%, 3% and 6% foam-proportion settings. Venturi-based operation draws concentrate through the pickup hose for compatible mobile and fixed foam-system arrangements.
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The variable inline inductor provides selector-controlled foam-concentrate induction. Its technical specification lists 0%, 1%, 3% and 6% settings, allowing the proportion to be matched to the selected concentrate and application.
Water passing through the Venturi throat creates the pressure differential that draws concentrate from an external container. The selector regulates concentrate induction while the connected branch pipe, monitor or generator receives the mixed foam solution.
The aluminium alloy assembly is compact and portable, with quick coupling connections. Select the model’s rated water flow independently of its foam proportion setting; the selector controls concentrate proportion.
A selector control provides the catalogue’s 0%, 1%, 3% and 6% induction settings.
The catalogue specifies an aluminium alloy body with powder-coated or natural anodized finish options.
Venturi operation requires no external power and supports compatible mobile or fixed foam-system arrangements.

Foam proportion and rated water flow are separate selections. The catalogue lists 225 LPM and 450 LPM models. Confirm the selected unit’s rated flow and mating outlet connection.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Venturi induction uses the water supply to draw concentrate into the flowing stream.
Pressurised water passes through a narrowed throat. Its velocity increases and the pressure decreases.
The pressure differential draws foam concentrate from the external container through the pickup hose at the selected proportion.
Water and concentrate mix inside the inductor. The solution passes to a compatible foam branch pipe, monitor or generator for discharge.
OPERATION
Product catalogue guidance to use with the selected equipment and the facility’s operating procedure.
Connect the inlet to the water supply and the outlet to the selected foam branch pipe, monitor or generator. Secure the pickup hose to the concentrate supply.
Open the supply gradually to achieve the required operating pressure for the selected model.
Keep the pickup inlet immersed in the concentrate and verify that concentrate is being drawn into the water stream.
Flush the inductor and pickup hose thoroughly with clean water to remove residual foam concentrate.
APPLICATIONS
