PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Three functions. One nozzle.

The Triple Purpose Nozzle combines a concentrated solid jet, a conical spray and a shut-off function. Its rotating head changes the discharge pattern, allowing the same hose-line nozzle to support direct water delivery, cooling and exposure protection.

Gunmetal, aluminium and stainless steel materials are available according to the selected requirement. Fresh-water or seawater suitability depends on the material. The typical technical specification uses a 63 mm instantaneous connection; other sizes and connections should be confirmed with the proposed supply.

Solid jet

A concentrated stream for direct water delivery.

Spray / fog

A divided water pattern for cooling and exposure protection.

Shut-off

An integral closed position to stop discharge at the nozzle.

Rotating control

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

How the nozzle works.

Rotating the head changes the discharge path or closes the nozzle. The three positions provide distinct flow functions.

Shut-off

The internal valve closes to prevent water discharge.

Solid jet

Water passes through the central discharge orifice to produce a concentrated stream.

Spray / fog

Further head rotation forms a conical spray for cooling and exposure protection.

01Connect & pressurise

Connect the nozzle securely to the fire hose coupling.
Open the hydrant valve or pump supply gradually.

02Select the function

Rotate the nozzle head to select shut-off, spray or solid jet.
Use the selected discharge pattern according to the operating requirement and site procedure.

03Close after use

Return the nozzle to the shut-off position when discharge is complete.
Follow the site isolation and depressurisation procedure before disconnecting the hose.
